Information we collect from you
RotorQuest
may collect personal information, including your name, address, fax and
telephone number, email address and credit card information. We collect all or
some of this information when you:
- Place an order online or by
phone.
- Participate in a survey.
- Request to receive email
updates or promotions.
- Create an account and/or save
your information with us online.
In the course of any sales transaction with RotorQuest, we will transfer your
information to your credit card company for confirmation and completion of your
purchase. In some cases, your shipping address might be transferred to a
third-party fulfillment center solely for the purpose of shipping your order.
II. What we do with your
information
RotorQuest is committed to
respecting the privacy of individuals. All information we collect from you is
used only for processing your order, and contacting you with any questions via
phone or email. We do not share your information with any third party or
outside individuals for any purposes other than processing and shipping your
order.
Additionally, when you create an account with RotorQuest and/or make a purchase
with us, we may send you information regarding our promotions, products, and
services. If you enter your information in response to any of our contests or
promotions we will use your personal information (email, phone number, or
postal address) to send you information regarding our other promotions,
products, services, unless you opt-out within your Account Preferences.
PRICING POLICY
All of our prices are in Canadian funds. Due to exchange rate fluctuation, our prices may change without prior notice. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your order within 48 hours after it is placed (except statutory holidays and weekend). If there are any issues with your order that can cause delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by either phone or email. We currently offer shipping via Canada Post only so if you need to ship by any other shippers, please contact us in advance.

Domestic shipping
We offer free shipping for orders more than $100 shipped within Canada. It will be up to us to select a suitable shipping method for your free shipping but usually delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days. For small items that can fit in an envelope with thickness below 2 centimetres and have a total weight of maximum 200g, we can help save some shipping cost for customer by sending them in an envelope via regular mail for a flat rate of $3.80 if requested. However, please be advised that there will be no insurance or tracking number for envelope mailing. You will be at your own risk when accepting this shipping method. Please contact us in advance to make sure we can ship the items you want by envelope.
Most orders will be left at your door as Canada Post default delivery option. RotorQuest will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your order left at your door. If you feel it is not safe to deliver your order this way, please contact us right after you place your order or leave a request for signature requirement in the comment section when checking out your order. We will be glad to add signature confirmation option for your order at no extra fee.
II.
US and International shipping
We ship to all of the U.S and most destinations in the world by Canada Post. Shipping to the U.S normally takes 4 to 14 business days while international delivery may take a little longer, mostly due to Customs issues. In case your order can not arrive as fast as you expect, please be patient. Please try to contact your local post office or Customs in your country for any help possible. If it is not successful then please wait till the 6 week due passes and if you still can not receive your order then we can claim with Canada Post for compensation for your lost package or we can re-ship your order.
Please note that, as for shipping to the U.S, only Canada Post Expedited and more expensive shipping services by Canada Post come with a tracking number. For other international destinations, only Canada Post Priority Worldwide and Xpress Post have tracking number. All remaining shipping methods will not provide you with any kind of tracking information so please consider buying shipping insurance for your order if you choose to ship by a regular service.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Change your mind and want to return an item? No problem! All merchandises purchased within 14 days from receiving date can be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Please be advised no shipping charge and shipping insurance will be refunded. Returning shipping cost will be at customer's expense. Some certain items require restocking fee of 12% if returned for refund. There will be no restocking fee if returned for exchange or credit. All returned merchandises must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send the item(s) back. When you have received the RMA number, please make sure it is written clearly on the outside of the returning box/envelope. We have the right to ignore your returning if there is no valid RMA shown on the outside of the package.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
We stand behind our products. All merchandises purchased from RotorQuest within 2 weeks from receiving date will be taken care of if they are defective. Please contact us to request an RMA number to return your defective items for either repair or replacement. In some cases, you may be asked to take pictures before returning them if we find it necessary. As for certain merchandises, we may request you to contact our distributors or manufacturers directly to have it repaired or replaced under their warranty. Returning shipping costs for warranty issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
