Information we collect from you
RotorQuest
may collect personal information, including your name, address, fax
and telephone number, email address and credit card information.
We collect all or some of this information when you:
- Place an order online or by
phone.
- Participate in a survey.
- Request to receive email
updates or promotions.
- Create an account and/or save
your information with us online.
In the course of any sales transaction with RotorQuest, we will transfer your
information to your credit card company for confirmation and completion of your
purchase. In some cases, your shipping address might be transferred to a
third-party fulfillment center solely for the purpose of shipping your order only.
II. What we do with your
information
RotorQuest is committed to
respecting the privacy of individuals. All information we collect from you is
used only for processing your order, and contacting you with any questions via
phone or email. We do not share your information with any third party or
outside individuals for any purposes other than processing and shipping your
order.
Additionally, when you create an account with RotorQuest and/or make a purchase with RotorQuest,
we may send you information regarding our promotions, products, and services. If you enter your
information in response to any of our contests or promotions we will use your personal information
(email, phone number, or address) to send you information regarding our other promotions/products/services,
unless you opt-out within your Account Preferences.
PRICING POLICY
All of our prices are in Canadian funds. Due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, our prices in Canadian dollar may change without prior notice (Price in USD will stay unchanged). We are sorry for this inconvenience.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your order within 48 hours after it is placed (except statutory holidays and weekend). If there are any issues with your order that can cause delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by either phone or email. We currently offer shipping via Canada Post only so if you have a need to ship by any other shippers, please contact us in advance.

Domestic shipping
We offer free shipping for orders more than $100 shipped within Canada.
It will be up to us to select a suitable shipping method for your free shipping but usually the delivery time is from 5 to 7
business days to most major cities. Except for Regular Mail option, all other shipping methods come with a tracking number and
shipping insurance option. Please be advised that you will be at your own risk when selecting Regular Mail.We will not be responsible
for any delay/loss/damage of your order shipped by Regular Mail. We strongly recommend using this shipping method for small, low value items only.
Most orders will be left at your door as Canada Post default delivery service option. RotorQuest will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your order left at your door. If you need a signature confirmation for your delivery, please contact us after your order is placed and we will be glad to add the signature required option for you free of charge.

US and International shipping
We ship to the U.S and worldwide by Canada Post. As for U.S shipping, only Canada Post Expedited and more expensive services by Canada Post come with a tracking number. For other international destinations, only Canada Post Priority Worldwide and Xpress Post have a tracking number. All other shipping options will not provide you with any kind of tracking information.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Change your mind and want to return an item? No problem! All items purchased within 14 days from receipt date can be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Please be advised no shipping charge and shipping insurance will be refunded. Returning shipping cost will be at customer’s expense.
Items returned for refund will be applied a restocking fee of 15%. There is no restocking fee applied if returned for exchange or credit.
All returned merchandises must be brand new and unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number before you send the item back. When you have received the RMA number, please make sure it is written clearly on the outside of the returning box/envelope.
We have the right to ignore the returning if there is no valid RMA shown on the outside of the package.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
All merchandises purchased from RotorQuest will be taken care of by us of if they are defective within 2 weeks from receipt date. If that item has a manufacturer warranty, we may request you to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty purposes. Please contact us to request an RMA number to return your defective items for either repair or replacement. We may request to take pictures of the defective items before returning them if it is necessary.
Returning shipping costs for warranty will be the responsibility of the customer.Sorry we can not handle any requests on defective items purchased more than 14 days. We recommend that you check your items as soon as they are delivered and contact us as soon as posiible.
